Hello Elizabeth!Hello My Lovelies!

How are you all doing? Hope you are well. Today I didn't work so I could spend some time painting and drawing. How I love creating! I love colors and textures. I wish we had in Brazil all the incredible supplies you have there. Can't find watercolor soluble crayons anywhere here as well as some other materials. But I can't complain. Things could be worse.

There has been a lot of attacks on people in my country due to their particular faith. All of a sudden, hatred and intolerance became part of our dictionaries. I wish people could respect each other's religion as it used to be here. We have coexisted peacefully. 

It is with much sorrow that I created my journal pages and deep inside I know this problem won't stop. I fear the future.

Purple is the color of spirituality and we all need to find something to believe in.

Hello Elizabeth!Hello My Lovelies!

How are you? Hope everything is under control. Winter is here and it is sooooo good! It is cold and rainy. What a precious season ! The sun is so shy and the days are getting dark early. It is lovely!

I thank you for keeping your fingers crossed but my daughter didn't succeed. Her score was not good enough to enter a university. But, she's young and will try again. Isn't life fabulous? We can always try again no matter how old we are. 

Today I have some photos to share. Mum made some coffee and we spent some time, chatting. laughing, enjoying ourselves. What a treasure!

 My daughter gave me the mug below.It says: Mother, you are the best.

That cake was yummy yummy.It is made of manioc / cassava. Have you ever heard about it?

Our coffee is strong and we drink it all day long. Can you see mom's coffee pot? It is over 20 and it is written Brazilian coffee on it
