Vintage Days

“It is a mind-wandering time
Remember the old times
when illusions were distinct
Remember the old times
when a friendly chat
was all we needed
to brighten up our hearts”

Magic

It took me some time to draw after such a long time. Life has been quite tough. but if we don't believe in magic and fantasy who will then? Blessed are those who keep their hearts light before the hardest situations.

That girl

“Girls," their mother interjected, "you must both stop being strange - it is unattractive. And don't forget your hats. It would be absolutely the end for me if you two came down with freckles at a time like this.”

Mr Elephant

“For the herds of wild elephants show no resentment when domesticated animals join them. They have none of that herd instinct directed against the stranger that one finds in cattle, in small boys and among many grown-up men. This tolerance is just one of the things about elephants which makes one realise they are big in more ways than one.”

Lucky Girl

“A clover that sprouts four leaves, rather than three, is a mutation and is considered 'lucky' according to Irish mythology. Why? According to Celtic lore, each leaf of clover represents something special. One leaf represents faith, one hope, one love and, and , if a fourth leaf is present, that's luck.”
