All the world's a stage
“All the world's a stage,
And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages. At first, the infant,
Mewling and puking in the nurse's arms.
Then the whining schoolboy, with his satchel
And shining morning face, creeping like snail
Unwillingly to school. And then the lover,
Sighing like furnace, with a woeful ballad
Made to his mistress' eyebrow. Then a soldier,
Full of strange oaths and bearded like the pard,
Jealous in honor, sudden and quick in quarrel,
Seeking the bubble reputation
Even in the cannon's mouth. And then the justice,
In fair round belly with good capon lined,
With eyes severe and beard of formal cut,
Full of wise saws and modern instances;
And so he plays his part. The sixth age shifts
Into the lean and slippered pantaloon,
With spectacles on nose and pouch on side;
His youthful hose, well saved, a world too wide
For his shrunk shank, and his big manly voice,
Turning again toward childish treble, pipes
And whistles in his sound. Last scene of all,
That ends this strange eventful history,
Is second childishness and mere oblivion,
Sans teeth, sans eyes, sans taste, sans everything.”
― William Shakespeare

Darling Edgar
Invisible things are the only realities,
Edgar Allan Poe
I designed Edgar or I tried to but a copy is never faithful to the original and the original here is Edgar Allan Poe himself. Hope he can forgive me for that. But he knows how important he has been in my life since I was nine and watched "The Raven" starred by Vincent Price. What a magical film!Later I fell in love with his short stories. Our love affair is unforgettable and why not say eternal. After all,
“All that we see or seem is but a dream within a dream.”
Edgar Allan Poe

And I'd like to add all that we feel too.
Have a magical mysterious day!

Seasons of Hope
It is weird to think about autumn when spring has just started here. I think fall stands for hope and preparation: Mother Earth is almost ready for her annual slumber ( winter) and hope because it is a time for counting our blessings before hibernation. Maybe this tag doesn't do justice to the beauty of autumn but when I created it I could only think of the warmth of spring and how much I love fairies.

A Vintage Witch
If you ever watched Practical Magic, you will remember this:
"There is a little witch in every woman."
And if you consider our capacity of changing things and immense creativity, you will understand that most of us know our craft.
Simon Says wanted to see some Witch-Kraft so here is mine.Tag Along wanted something vintage.Glitter-n-Sparks wanted butterflies and Crafter's Cafe challenged us to use our punches and dies.

Bee Mine!
“There is one masterpiece, the hexagonal cell, that touches perfection.
No living creature, not even man, has achieved, in the centre of his sphere, what the bee has achieved in her own: and were some one from another world to descend and ask of the earth the most perfect creation of the logic of life, we should needs have to offer the humble comb of honey.”
- Maurice Maeterlinck, The Life Of The Bee, 1924
Bees are lovely beings.They make me think of Mother Nature's perfection. She works in mysterious ways.

It is not Summer here
May the wings of the butterfly kiss the sun
And find your shoulder to light on,
To bring you luck, happiness and riches
Today, tomorrow and beyond.

Simon Says and Moomania challenged us to create something which would celebrate Summer.Tag Along wanted to see butterflies. So here it is. It is weird to think about Summer when it is cold. It is Winter time in Brazil. It is -8C in some states here. I love Winter though.
Have magical day everyone!
