T stands for Happy Moments

Hello T- Friends!

How are you? Today I don't have anything new to show you apart from my Halloween parties with my classes. Here I was a witch. As Halloween isn't a tradition in my country, we commemorate it at schools or at English courses most of times. Besides there's a sort of religion intolerance as some evengelicals react against it saying it is evil. I suppose it is difficult to understand the real meaning of Hallloween for most people here.

And here I am as Frida Kahlo with my 7th grade. It was fun!

I will be travelling in a few days so I hope I can bring something different from my real universe: schools-students to show you. I don't know if I will be able to contribute next week.
Have a magical week and don't forget to stop by Elizabeth!
Hugs,
Karla

  1. What a gorgeous digital coffee and sweets entry this week. It is all so beautiful. It's sad when religious intolerance interferes with good clean fun. I hope the children don't become biased when they grow up, but instead, look to you as a roll model.

Thanks for sharing your lovely digital art and your Halloween photos with us for T this Tuesday. I look forward to seeing photos from your travels with us next week or the week after.

  6. I love seeing you as Freida. You really look like her in the photo. I also love seeing your kids in your classrooms. They are so cute. I would love some of that T day yummies you showed us. Maybe not the coffee, but make mine tea and I'd be happy. Have a wonderful little journey. Hugs-Erika

  7. I was a witch for Halloween, too :) What a shame folks can't just let fun be fun. They seem to need to push their own prejudices into other people's observances :( Happy T Tuesday!
