Hello My Lovelies!
How are you? Hope you are well. Today I am going to share two collages I made.
I have been quite inspired in spite of the chaotic moment at work. We will have an important meeting on Thursday which will be decisive. I am afraid of the future. I wish I could delete the new orders. But all we can do is to pray for better days. I have always been against the system but after the last strike, I feel I am too tired to fight and although I have always hated the idea of being a cog in the wheel, it is exactly how I feel right now. Hope you forgive me for my sudden confession. I will be alright. It is just a matter of time.
I am also sharing my daughter's photos with you. She's the girl on the grass.
Have a creative week, my friends!

Well your daughter has quite the photographer's eye! Believe that everything will work out how you want it to.... or at least believe it will work out for the best.... sometimes thats all we can do.. OH and put your wishes on the wind... don't keep them to yourself... hows the Universe suppose to know what you want unless you speak it outloud.... Be thinking about you Karla... Happy tday! Hugs! deb
ResponderExcluirI really hope all will turn out well for you. And I think we are often the most inspired when we face the most hardships. I love the collage with the blue tit (if that´s what it is). Happy T-Day!
ResponderExcluirOur governor has bankrupted our state. He promised so many things in order to get reelected, including running on a platform of improved education. One of the first things he did after being reelected was to create some silly formula for school systems that many officials thought was unconstitutional. He nearly wiped out benefits for teachers and forced cuts in teachers pay, so many teachers have found better jobs in neighboring states. Not only do the children suffer due to lack of school funding, but they also suffer due to lack of good teachers. Teachers suffer due to lack of funds. I hope your future isn't as bleak as those facing our schools this year.
ResponderExcluirYour art always lifts my spirits and I always love seeing your beautiful drawings and collages. These are no exceptions. They are awesome.
Your daughter has a great eye for photography, and she's a beautiful girl, too.
Thanks for sharing your art, your daughter's photography, and your coffee with us for T this Tuesday.
Amazing pages and wonderful photos!
ResponderExcluirHappy T-Day my friend!

Oh I do hope things will work out for you on Thursday. Thursday will come along whether you want it or not. Then you will know one way or another. It's better to know than to be worrying in limbo not knowing what is going to happen. When one door closes, another will open. So look out for that open door!
ResponderExcluirI love your collages.
Your daughter is a fantastic photographer! (and pretty too). Thanks for sharing her photos.
Have a great day,

ResponderExcluirYour collages are quite lovely...and what a wonderful outlet to encourage yourself and forget worries!...just to enjoy the colors and shapes and beauty. I do hope all works out for the best for you at the school...perhaps this will open some doors for you that you are not expecting...a new beginning! And no one can ever take away the good you've done for all of the students who have had you as a teacher. You may never know the hearts you've encouraged and the minds you've influenced...blessings to you, and think positive! ♥
ResponderExcluirI hope all works out for your best interest. Change can be so hard. I love your colors in your collages and your quote about patience. Thanks for sharing the photos. And thanks for sharing your concerns for the future. This way we can keep you in mind and join you in hope.
ResponderExcluirI enjoyed seeing your collages with their quotes. Change is hard so I'm sending you some good wishes about the happenings on Thursday.
