This week's art challenge at Inspiration Avenue invited us to reconnect with our inner child. As a child, I loved drawing and I still do. I remember I used to get my chalks and create a thousand characters on my blackboard. I could draw fairly well at that time.
I allowed myself to go and my inner child brought the pussycat above from deep inside. Suddenly Karla was 8 again and it was a lovely moment.

ResponderExcluirYour pussy cat is lovely, soft and peaceful. Probably much the same way children see their stuffies. The pic of you at 9 months is adorable. You look like a living doll.
ResponderExcluirAdorable pussy cat and even more adorable Karla at 9 months. Wonderful Tuesday to you, my Soul Sister!
ResponderExcluirTwo darling pictures!
ResponderExcluir8 is a great age to be, I think we sometimes all need to act & think like kids. Valerie

Adorable pictures, Karla!
ResponderExcluirYour kitty is adorable, but not as adorable as your baby picture. Blessings!
ResponderExcluirWhen I saw the photograph I thought it must be you, and then I read that it was. Such a beautiful happy child. Your pink pussycat is a perfect example of ignoring the left side of the brain and allowing pure creativity to reach the page. The puss looks plump, soft and cuddly, like a child's toy, and the stars behind her are make a pretty evening sky.
